One of the things I struggled with after I turned 21 was to try to make sense of life, and how to “adult”. It always seemed like our parents had it all figured out, and I expected everyone to have this ‘eureka’ moment where we miraculously transform into an adult and have all the answers. I’ve since learned that this is untrue, and life is more like a gradual journey of learning.

I hope to share bite-sized advice that I found useful to be a ‘seasoned’ adult (ha) – hence the name salted bites (Okay, the Salted Caramel popcorn Mini-bites next to me might have partially contributed to this as well).
